If someone else will move its ad to the 1st place, your advertisement will be the second on the first page. For example, if you have placed an ad about selling a house in Riga, Purvciems, but the other person about leasing an apartment in Old Riga, your ad will be the first under the sections Houses / Riga / Purvciems.
